@Subbie Kaur i have to get a contact in indiana i looked through the mls however im not seeing what i am aiming for out there most likely i need to create a relationship with a realtor and wholeseller in indiana to see a much better selcetion of multi unit properties you got any references ?

Right i totally agree i will have to connect and communicate with you more seeing that i will need the consultation on these specific topics.

I'm going to invest 115k cash as down payment money 20% and i'm going to leverage it through a lender to about 500k.

I also have been considering just going commercial and getting a apartment building.

In several different states southern, midwest i'm from NJ so i always keep my eye on the north east however im looking to expand into more of a profitable area were my capital will and make more sense. If it has the proper numbers and performance and the criteria links up & areas great its considered and analyzed.

What are some of the things your into? What are some of the areas you analyze? 

@Rachel Graves so i am looking in the area and there is a lot of great properties its all about narrowing it down to the areas that are going to be the properties to have now for the return and later for the appreciation as well as the location making absolute sense as far as the economic stand point. What do you ideally look for in a property? And what exactly will make it stand out to you when you go to analyze it besides the numbers.

Been trying to invest into 2,3 and 4 unit multi families mls isn't cutting it i need a source someone motivated serious as me and very determined and ready to make alot $ i am always in 24/7 get it done mode however i lack the pieces to make all possible the best way possible i am seeking that person and or people to make my network that much more progressive any ideas pointers or strategies on how to make this possible ?
