New to real estate investing and looking to mainly focus on full rehabs. Without much experience what is a good fee to pay a GC to come bid on a home I’m looking to purchase before I buy, without them feeling like I’m giving them the run around? Looking in the metro Detroit and Cleveland area. Thanks

@Cassi Justiz thanks! Wow . I certainly wouldn’t want to put more than 25 down. Is this due to COVID or this has generally been the case? Is private lending similar?

PMI vs 20 percent down. Which do you prefer? Do you simply look at cash flow and ROI? Or do you feel more secure with 20 down, especially in today's market?

It totally depends on the neighborhoods. But i certainly think its possible. Some areas are high risk but also high rewards. Connect with detroit_investor on instagram.
