Thanks guys, but to clarify it, only my partner will be doing business in VA and I will be doing business in MD only. I just want to know if we could hang both of our licenses with a broker in VA, even though my license will be for the state of MD?

Hello,

I currently have a property management business (LLC) in the state of Maryland and a partner in the state of Virginia. Is it possible to hold my MD real estate license with a broker in the state of Virginia but conduct my business in the state of Maryland? Thanks for any help
