Can anyone recommend any architects, professional drawers, or contractors in the Charles County, MD area who are familiar with pulling building permits and the counties process?

Any help would be appreciated.

WHAT ARE YOUR OPINIONS ON BUYING PROPERTIES IN BAD NEIGHBORHOODS THEN RENTING THEM TO SECTION 8 TENANTS??? GOOD IDEA OR BAD IDEA???

I seen a property that I would really love to get as a investment property. It doesn't need any work done to it and the seller is motivated to sell it. However I dont have the funds to purchase it. Will a hard money lender allow me to purchase this with no money down, then I refinance?
