Charlene McNamara it totally depends on what the tenants set their heat at. I personally keep my thermostat at 67, but in the middle of the winter here, it’s not uncommon to see someone with their door open to cool the place down.

I’m working with Huntington and dollar bank. Both are good.

I’ve made that move in the last year too. It’s definitely more profitable and there are deals to be had in the Cleveland area.
