As much as wireless is touted as a great solution, wired is still preferred due to packet loss with wireless particularly with video. If you can wire the rooms I would do as many as you could. Wireless is a good option when wired can not be done easily.

I totally agree Bryan. Jerry Maguire like but it should be said more often.

The problem is when Goldman Sachs starts to spin these statements as sour groups. There have been some negative tweets and posts about him.

Asher, your plan sounds solid. I do think you will have to hold it as a rental for a while as long as it cash flows. If you can manage them a few would work well until you can sell them for a decent profit. as just stay as a landlord.

The badges idea is catching on at several of the sites I am a member at. Just remember any system can be scammed if enough people participate. The current system does not necessarily reflect someone true influence. Perhaps a better voting system for quality posts and/or assistance provided would be better.

I read that the growth of the stock market since 2009 is one of the longest in a while and "experts" feel it won't last. If housing does not improve then it won't last

David Wedemire I never met one in person, so I can't say. I take it you have though.

I went to Than Merrill's symposium in San Diego a few years back and ate lunch with The Man himself and his two partners. I didn't hang around for too long.
