Hi. You may want to check in with Becky Tucker (my wife!). She is Keller Williams Realtor base in McKinney. She knows overall market well.  McKinney and Frisco are very hot right now. Very high growth. Prosper, Princeton, Anna... All outlying areas may be good markets.  Some good deals in Allen but you've got to be ready to offer when you find something good.  Also get pre-qualified if you haven't already.  

Welcome!  We are in McKinney and have 3 rentals in DFW. Very tight market but there are opportunities.  We focus on smaller houses to buy/hold/rent in the 150K range.
