@Rimon Swimmer

@Monica Bynum Is a great agent. She has worked with many investors looking to purchase in the Memphis area. I would highly recommend here. I have had the pleasure of working with her.

Best of Luck!

@Corey Frank

Soon you will be buying deals without even thinking twice about it when the numbers work for you and your team! How exciting is it to know your first purchase is very close and all you have to do is make that leap? Easier said than done right? You are absolutely correct when you stated: "the proof of concept kicks in and things are much easier!"

Good Luck on your search and Real Estate Journey, sir!

@Kristine Norris

Congratulations!

As a real estate investor, you shouldn't have to worry about a leaky faucet, residential disputes, or any other emergency that may arise at one of your rental properties. A great property manager ensures that investors like you have an excellent property management team behind you. They should ensure you that the experience is professional and stress-free for you, your residents, and everyone in between. Investing with a property management team is not just about choosing a company. It's about choosing an experience.

Property Management is spearheaded by excellent customer service, a standard that anyone you hire should hold themselves to by keeping an open line of communication between investors, residents, and property managers. Monthly updates, in-house professionals, and exceptional customer responsiveness are all part of the process.

Best of Luck!

James,

Welcome to BiggerPockets! I am not sure what city and or market you are investing in but investing in your future is important. It’s really exciting to see the different journeys many of us take to financial-freedom. You are definitely in the right forum! I wish you and your wife Stacy nothing but the best as you move forward.

Best of Luck!

Post: Do your property managers provide vender invoices?

@Gaemer Gutierrez I can only speak from experience and how our company operates. Our Customer Service team works closely with owners and clients like yourself – every step of the way. Usually if there is a charge on an owner’s account . . . .they know about it because they receive monthly calls from our customer service team. However, we do not send the invoice breakdowns as well. But guess what? We do not mind sending our owners any additional information that we receive . . . If that’s what makes them comfortable. Ultimately, when you hire a property manager their job is to protect your investment and truthfully forward you the bill + their markup (if applied). Thankfully, we do not have issues with our clients wanting invoices because we try our best to be very transparent on the front end. The most important thing is our core four: owners, residents, vendors, and team. What does that mean? We want to make sure we are communicating on all levels (communicating with all four core members) and that starts with trust.

Best of Luck!

@Dave Rav Sure! Please add to these to best fit your needs. There is no standard paid date. However, it is my understanding that most property managers do pay mid-month through the end of the month.

Best of Luck!
