@Michael Elefante

What an awesome story. I’m new to investing and have a flip with a big loss under my belt and am very fearful to pull the trigger again, but know that real estate is the way to freedom. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Tracy,

Is note investing better than real estate investing? What are the pluses and minuses? I didn't know this was an opportunity. I'm interested in learning more since I don't have any knowledge of this.

Thanks,

I’m not one for excuses, but I got called into work. Wish I could’ve made it.

Peter,

If there is a shortage of cleaning people, why don't you start a company. You could hire college people and contract to your own rentals as well as contract to other rentals.

Just a thought.

I am a new investor and am looking to find out how to set myself up from the start the right way. I can't wait to learn how.

@Adam Craig

I’d Change the front door color to draw your eye to it and invite you in.

@Frank Patalano

I bought a property in 2011 and lost a bunch of money due to my contractor.

I recently invested with a couple of friends, one of which is the contractor. Two months and it’s back on the market awaiting it to sell to get a percentage of the profits.

I really want to make this work, but am terrified of losing more money. I, like everyone else can’t afford to lose again.

I can’t decide if I need to invest here in New Jersey or where I’m moving in Florida when I retire in 5-6 years.
