you need a good CRM, the 2 best free CRM's are Podio and Zoho which I prefer. Both have free versions which work just fine and you can upgrade as you go. Otherwise you will have to use an excel sheet which to me is HELL!!!! Hope that helps.

For those of you that have done direct mail on a smaller scale say 500-1000 per month what has been successful for you most? Besides zoning in on those "lists" has there been anything else that made your campaign stand out from the rest? Are you hitting specific locations or area's of town? How often are you sending out the campaigns? Monthly?

How long did it take until you decided to start doing direct mail after being involved in REI?

Hello Everyone,

Just popping in to introduce myself as a "newbie" on the site. I've spent the last 15+ years in the corporate world, specifically selling large medical capital equipment, start-ups and new product launches.

About 1 years ago I started out investing in small rehab projects and wholesaling and now looking to make this my full time businesses and transition out of corporate america!!

If you are an investor, rehabber or wholesaler looking to connect within the Philadelphia region please don't hesitate to reach out! I will also be attending the Meetup tonight if anyone else will be there.

Best,

David Bokman
