For your first two Orlando strategy questions there would be a lot more options on the market for condo's, however at the 70k price point you have to make sure you are buying in the right areas where the rental rates can support the high HOA or CDD fees. You can also look into condos around Disney if you've considered STR's. There are plenty of other options in the Orlando and surrounding areas that could work as well. Really depends on what niche you are focusing on for getting started or around the kind of return you are targeting.

@Jeffrey Holst Wow! Very impressive, that certainly had to have taken a lot of discipline and consistency. Nice takes as well, I listened to both of the GC podcasts a few times as well and they are pretty entertaining. Much success to you in 2019! Those podcasts are not only great for the education but really have helped spur me into more into the right kinds of actions as well.
