I have been studying and following tax deed sales in several counties in Florida, and have found Multiple properties in some upcoming auctions that show great potential and have a starting bid of 10% or less of there assessed value. I'm no millionaire not even close (at least not yet) so obliviously i don't have the money to bid on all of them.
If there are members on this site that are familiar with Tax Deeds, and have been wanting to get into the Florida market, I have found some good properties up for auction. I am looking for partners, that are willing to help finance the deals if I win the auctions. I will split the profits that are made from flipping the properties with those who finance the deal. I've been working on my real estate license as well and taking a course through real estate express.com. I am about three quarters the way through the course and it's been very informative, it has great reviews And a good track record also it's very affordable so it's a good option to look into with little risk.
