I'm an investor who happens to be a licensed ReMax agent too!  I totally understand the hard time you're having finding an agent who understands investors.  That's one of the main reasons why I decided to become a licensed agent.  Most of the agents out there don't understand investors, and they're just going to make a mess of your deals, and they're not going to help you achieve your goals.  The vast majority of agents aren't aware or educated on any of the buying or selling techniques that we use as investors.

I definitely recommend that you stay away from agents that don't understand investors.  Crystal (lady above my response) or I would be a much better bet for you.
