Camerron Feagin both of the ones that you wrote will work but it’s not ethical to tie up a property with a 1% chance of finding a buyer, Also if you are in a small market your name will be stinking really fast, And I’m saying this as a wholesaler.

Azani Peterkin first get a good deal and the buyer will chase you, or if you post I️t on the BP marketplace you should get a buyer (if it’s truly a great deal) I’m not trying to discourage you just Focus on having truly amazing deals and the buyers will beg to go onto your list. Could always post the marketplace you are looking for buyers in your market
