where can i find a traditional 30 fixed mortgage? I don't mind that it is secured through the property.

personal loan being one in my personal name vs LLC. Most bank will loan to Business LLC. But not every bank will loan as a personal investment. I have no expierence with personal loans but moderate amount of expierence with business loans. Thanks for your previous advice

Does anyone know a bank that will do a personal investment loan over 30 yr note. I'm having a very hard time finding a bank. I live in northwest Louisiana.

What if the bank only loans up to 15yr for business LLC? This is what type of company we have at the moment. It still produces cash flow with 15 yr. but I don't like that if in 5yrs the rate goes up to 10%

I know that in my personal investment im looking for 30yr mortgages on rentals but what about commercial 15yr. Is it ok to do a ballon 5yr ballon over 15yr? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I'm looking to getting in this market but it seems a little tricky. The trailers around where I live are kinda of on the expensive end. Ranging from 5-10k. Anybody have any advice on rent to own trailers? How long is the lease to own? Do you apply a interest rate or just a flat amount? What's the typical down payment for the tenant
