I'm trying to decide if a commercial 15yr loan with a 5yr ballon is a good deal. Me and a business partner formed a LLC. And the banks are only wanting to give us this type of loan. Anybody have any suggestions? Is this good or bad? Essentially no money down! Interest rate is good!!

Thanks for all the information. My 15 yr loans are good but we have a chance to refi to 20yrs loan allowing us to collect more cash flow. So we are considering refi-ing in our business LLC. But speaking on behalf of my personal investments i will do 30yr mortgage. Thanks for all the advice.

I'm trying to decide if I want to do a 30 year vs a 15 year mortgage on my rental houses. Obviously if I do a 30 year I will produce more cash flow. Can anybody give me some pros and cons on this? These are in my personal name. I know that I can have up to 10 houses in my personal name. I have a LLC where I have multiple rentals with 15 years mortgages
