800-2000 is a reasonable price if they are including the cost of the window.  300-500 for labor and 300-500 for the window itself depending on brand / size etc

Hello I am residential contractor who has been listening to bigger pockets for a while.  I am wondering if I would qualify as a real estate professional for tax purposes ? (to deduct all the depreciation and passive losses from rentals).
