CAUTION if thinking about buying into Peter Harris' "education/mentor" program. I bought into it and I regretted it. It's a bunch of conference calls with other "students". No real format. No curriculum. You get a big binder, but nothing is ever reviewed or taught. Some calls you have to wait 2 hours before you can ask you question while others asking questions unrelated to your focus. Peter uses high pressure salespeople to sell his program. Additionally, when I cancelled, Peter could care less. He got me for $10K plus a few monthly for his "proprietary software" program.

I do fix n flips and looking at RealProtect for vacant/rehab insurance. I have been using Foremost insurance thru my Farmer's agent, which was the best cost/protection plan I found. A REIA I am part of has been suggesting RealProtect, part of The Nolan Agency. They specialize in investor type homes, vacant/rehab and rentals. Has anyone had experience with RealProtect? If so, give me the good, the bad and the ugly. Thanks ahead of time!!!!

Thanks Matt, I forgot about take part. I do remember seeing that a long while back when I looked at them in the past. Went to a meeting in Elmhurst last Wednesday. They talked about their list and indicated that people they work with can get it. They are also doing a 3 day event (which they do 3 times a year) for $39 which includes a bus trip. Guessing the upsell comes during that.

What do you know about Andrew Holmes-Chicago REIA? I heard that to join the inner group you pay $10K-35K depending on what level you want? Welcome all feedback.
