Quote from @Nick Giulioni:

Ryan hit the nail on the head. I've done remote and local - and the team is everything.  PM and Contractor are the hardest ones (IMO). It's the reason we had to start our own contracting business... :/

Have you secure a good PM here in Indy?

If your renting by room, each tenant would need there own individual lease agreement. If its 3 tenant sin the household all have to be on one lease agreement.

First I would like to say I'm sorry your going through this, hiring a professional management company would have been your best interest in your asset. Since you have renovated the property with new finishes you would want the best PM to market your property correctly. Take a look at your agreement with the listing agent so see if there is a penalty, if not request terminating your agreement immediately or hiring a local PM to represent you to communicate directly with the listing agent to end the agreement. I hope this was helpful and good luck!
