@Kelly Claiborne this is just my personal opinion and some what of a professional opinion because real estate investing is what I do but I am a firm believer that people fear of the “unknown” is what makes them hesitant.

Great question! My answer is simple and maybe a little bias because this is what I do for a living but I would invest in Real Estate.

@Kevin Rea where would I move right now? Definitely Raleigh NC . With me being a Real Estate Investor it would be a great place to start investing and also purchasing my home and starting my family.

@Alyssa Feliciano some of the things I looked into were how the flipping and renting of properties work in the area, what houses in the area were selling for and lastly could I make money in the area.
