@John Casmon Most all of the properties in my immediate radius (Downtown Elgin) are very old and in need of extensive rehab. There are homes on the outskirts of the city and neighboring towns that would be more feasible. Built within the last 30years or so. My primary objective initially is to utilize my brokers license to assist current investors with the sale and acquisition of homes. In order to gain experience,build relationships, and raise capitol to fund projects of my own. So as far as participating in the purchase/sale part of a TEAM my radius is a lot greater.

Hello everyone, Roy Czach here from fabulous Elgin, IL So excited to become part of this amazing community.

I was born and raised in Chicago, following my father and older brothers footsteps into the families automotive repair business. Wearing many hats along the way achieving certifications as a Master Automobile Technician as well as an Advanced Level Specialist. 

Buying my first house in the suburbs as a young adult to raise my family is when my interest in Real Estate really began. I remember being so fascinated in all of the elements involved the process. 

Well after 33 years in the business I finally have taken action on that underlying passion. I recently have attained my Managing Brokers License in ILLINOIS and am starting my own business. I am also a member of the National Association of Realtors. I have no Real Estate investment experience but I am very optimistic about the many possibilities ahead.

Of the many goals I aim to achieve my first would be single family fix and flip properties. Am eager to continue my education and hope to have many shared experiences along the journey. Dedicated to enriching the lives and communities around me.

Enough about me for now I've got to go upgrade my account and go set some keywords and so much more!   Lets do this!  Roy
