My partner and I are looking into purchasing some land and building homes in the Northern Idaho/Western Montana area. I know the area is growing rapidly right now. Any local investors out there that can give me any insight on the areas to avoid? Or where would the best markets to aim for?

Hi! Is anyone from MT still reading/replying to this post? I am currently looking to purchase and possibly hold or flip a house in Libby MT is there a market for this at all there?
