wow this looks so great!! I'm hoping when I do my first rehab it looks this easy. I know it was not but you made it look so. Thanks for giving me a boost on what to look for and to do. I know all will be different but I have a little more knowledge on how to do these now. Thank you for keeping these updates and with the pictures! 

I totally understand your reasoning but I did use it and loved it. I hope you will bring it back. I got a lot of useful information from my colleges right away when they were on. This was very informative as I own 14 acres and was thinking of dividing them and putting 2 bedroom apartments on it. At this a few acres. we need to build up the property as it will not perk. Thanks so much I love this site, and the people who are on it.
