Congratulations, that is great and you sound busy! But you made my point, Greeley is not Denver as Denver is not NYC, there is zero comparison as far as real estate goes, I would think you would concede that as fact.

Hi Mark,
So you buy properties in Denver for 68K, really. Would love to know what part, zip code. The reason I am not doing these is because I am doing 6 already and thought I would free up some capital. Let me know when you have some of those Denver properties at 60-70K. Not a chance in this town, but thanks for the advice.

Just my opinion....30K too high??, not sure how many of these you have done, but find me these type properties in Denver for 100K, I will buy everyone of them cash, with a one day close. You won't find them. Just my opinion and I've done dozens and dozens.
