Hello BP friends I spoke with a real estate attorney this morning regarding the paperwork for a subject to the current financing property.(taking over the current payment).I would like to know your experience with subject to closings. I am curious if banks really execute "due on sale"Clause all the time. Please let me know your experiences. I need some more motivation here. Thanks
