I received the $1,000 advance already. I wasn’t even expecting it but very thankful since it doesn’t seem like my unit will be rented in time for May 1st.

I listed my unit for rent. I repeatedly mentioned a 600 credit score. The prospect emails me back to tell me about their hardships. They mention family, health, they can pay upfront but how can I let them down? The credit is important to me because of all previous exceptions I've made before.

@Account Closed what is a good site to use to freeze credit? or do I have to just call each credit bureau directly?
