I applied April 1st and received an e-mail April 12 telling me I will receive an e-mail invitation to create a portal that will provide me with the agency’s determination on my loan request. That’s when I’ll also be able to provide additional information/corrected information if necessary. There’s definitely going to be delays to normal processing times.

My unit hasn’t been listed but I did put a “For Rent” sign on the door on April 1st. I already have someone interested. My question is. The tenant is still living there. How can I do a showing as safely as possible, aside from the quantity of pictures and virtual tours? Suggestions would amazing. Thanks in advance.

I was able to get a hold of SBA customer service with no wait this morning. The reps advice was to fill a completely new application with any changes you need to make and email customer service informing them of the new application and changes. I had only listed my lost rents thus far on my 1st app. The two changes I made were
1) Listing lost rents at 100% x9 months
2)listing my business as under 500 employees instead of sole proprietor.
Rep confirmed lost rents can be a projected amount. Hope this helps guys!
What about in the business section where it asks you again for Organization type. Did you put Sole Proprietor or Independent?

So, I file my properties with my SSN, no EIN as I have not established any LLC's. The site is asking for a EIN, (XX-XXXXXXX). Has anyone ran into this?
Below that question there's an option to change to Sole proprietor and then i was able to put my social and it took it.

Did you get an e-mail right away? I submitted mine 3 hours ago. I haven't received anything but I wrote everything down and took a picture of my number.

@Deisy P. I'd check with the plumber to see who paid for it. The plumber should have billed you and you should have prorated the rent for the 3 days that the plumbing wasn't working- not including the 5 days that they didn't call the plumber.
Right. Yep I did that. I prorated the rent.
