Who pays for all the repairs? It would have to be the cash flow guy. I don’t think it’s a good idea. Keep being creative and something solid will come to mind and work for you.

I’m confused about getting home warranty. If I purchase a home warranty does that offset putting money away monthly for repairs and maintenance or get both. If so it eats into the cash flow
