Good morning,
I am investor in the Indianapolis area. I'm looking to buy and hold single family homes. The houses that I am looking for are:
3+ bedrooms
1+ bath
1,050 square feet
1960+ built year
Purchase amount $1-120K
Rehab amount $1-25k
Location is key as well. Try to stay away from railroads, highways, and
section 8 housing.
