Quote from @Dustin Borklund:

My California LLC is owned my two siblings and me to fund our children's education. We have two performing rentals in Florida which the LLC owns free and clear. We need to borrow $80k-$100k for 2-3 years to cover a cash flow deficiency will will have while 2 of the kids are in expensive schools at the same time. Banks, residential mortgage lenders, and credit unions do not have a product for us. The rental homes produce over $50k in gross rental incomes, $32k net. Preferably, we would like a DSCR loan secured by the rental properties. A line of credit would ideal and interest only would be ideal, too. But we are flexible. The two homes are worth over $300k each. Any advice on who offers a product for us?

On paper, I think Vyzer is a great idea.
It didn't work for me as I had a bunch of connectivity issues with my accounts.
Unsure if it was Vyzer or Plaid.
Their customer support was spot on, but they were not able to fix it, though.

@Litan Yahav congratulations on developing Vyzer!

It is exactly what I was looking for. I was very frustrated as I couldn't find any software that allowed me to track my portfolio and a traditional excel spreadsheet just did not do it, anymore.

Testing Vyzer as, as I write this.

Hey man, are you still using Vyzer? How is it?

Quote from @Jim Pfeifer:

This has been a huge headache for me for a long time!  I started out using Excel, but once you get beyond 10 investments it gets complicated.  I have several Excel sheets talking or more accurately, arguing with each other and it's chaos.  We tried to develop a web-based tracker and we had some success but it just wasn't good enough.  Then we found Vyzer.  It's a great tool for managing real estate syndications - and it can handle standard wealth management tracking as well.

Vyzer was developed by a couple of guys who had a tech exit and starting investing in syndications and they had the same frustrations we all do - how do you track all of your investments.  They looked around and found out that this problem had not yet been solved.  They ended up building a tool that is optimized for passive investors in syndications.  I have been using the tool since last May and it has been a game changer.  They are incredibly responsive to feedback - I sent them a six page Word doc with change requests and they have implemented (or are working on) most of them.

Their solution is very comprehensive as is the reporting and forecasting functions - but best of all it takes about 2 minutes to enter a new investment and about 15 seconds to enter a distribution.

As you may have noticed, I am a big fan!

Thanks for pointing this out! I've been looking for software like this for quite some time, as I hold several investments across different asset classes and it got to a point that an excel spreadsheet did not show all the info I was looking for.

I'm not very active in BP and found this thread through a google search. very happy to have found it!

I've tried many of the platforms out there, both in financial and real estate, trying to adapt them to my current needs, but they did not work out at all.

Just signed up for Vyzer!
