What are your opinions about Turnkey vs Syndicate?ROI,risks,benefits?

I don’t’t know if the number of rentals would make any difference...

Have at least 3 turnkey properties this year and built it from there!Have one rental SFH at this point.

The rates seem backward but the CD gives a lower yield .

I agree.

I am skeptical that the amount has just been increased by the HOA.I will have to pay 480$ more per year.I was breaking even with seasonal renting(3 months per year) but this might put me into negatives.(I will use it sporadically the rest of the time).

I have asked my agent to get a letter from HOA in reference to the timing of the increase.

I am “reportedly” buying it from an elderly couple ,the house inspection was fine but still does not feel right..

Exactly!There is no dramatic increase in HOA.
