I have personally worked with JJ Gritts on a few deals along with some of the folks listed above by Kurt and it was a pleasure working with them all.

Thank you for your kind words. Without a doubt our property management and renovations teams work very very hard. 
I work in the acquisitions department and I wouldn't be able to do what I do if it wasn't for their hard work and dedication.

My vote says to sell it. Specially if its been 2 years. Most STR deals I've evaluated don't perform as well as the typical rental house in a normal subdivision. Also noticed most STR investors don't account for time invested or peace of mind during each turnover.
