Yes i have a couple in mind the LOI have been submitted and the I have a couple of lenders that will do the deal, I have a business LLC already formed and yes would like to raise all of it to get this deal to work. The realtor asked for a POF and Company profile will submit the profile over the next few hours I have someone working on that. The POF letter can get that just yet, didnt want this one to get away but I can learn more now to save time on future opportunities. When would be a good time to touch basis with you.

Partnerships can be good or bad, what are some things to look for in a partner for real estate purchases.

Any commercial lenders what's the best way to buy a 70% occupied apartment building.  I will be glad to give details just not sure if I can post in forum.
