I have been using Bisman and Craigslist. Thanks for the tips. I plan on getting into more properties also. I would like to use the BRRRR strategy. However, I have found it somewhat difficult to find a duplex that could have a value adder by renovating it. My goal is to add 1 property a year if I can do the BRRRR strategy properly. I also want to be able to provide my retirement through rental properties. I am not anticipating social security to be there when I retire.

@Joe Snustad We just closed on our over/under 2 weeks ago. I haven't filled the upper unit yet. Do you have any tips on finding the right tenants? What are you plans for future expansion, if any? How long have you been investing?

@Josh Renz My fiance and I just closed on our first MF rental 2 weeks ago. Are you looking into a owner occupied MF or SFH house hack? I can't find too many SFH in the area that would be profitable as a rental. I have seen some value in flipping.

What type of RE do you invest in? I would like to know everyone's thoughts on the stability of the market here in Bismarck. It seems like the market is becoming more saturated to me. Thoughts?
