Hi @Chad Brizendine,

I just found this post and although I missed last weekends event, I'm very interested in learning more about your group.

My wife and I have been reading books and listening to podcasts like crazy trying to gain enough knowledge to buy our first MF property but, there is no substitute for having an experienced friend in the business. We are really excited to get started but there are so many things to consider that we would like to avoid making a big mistake by networking with others who have already gone down the same path. Any advice you can offer is appreciated.

Thanks,

Derek

Hi Everyone,

My wife and I are looking to invest in real estate to boost our retirement portfolio.

We have some money saved and are looking to do a combination of fix and flip and muti-family buy and hold.

Thanks for the great content, we are looking forward to being a part of this great community.
