Does the property tax rate have a cap on annual increases in multifamilies? 

How much is it? 

Ive found the MRBA is terribly incorrect. The calculator calculated $156 per unit per month recently, and after looking at historical, and several other books, the number is more likely half of that. @Brian Burke's book (I believe) said $450-$550 for stabilizied units per year.
