@Mandi Martinez read the book by Paul Esajian “The Real Estate Rehab Investing Bible” that will tell you most things about handling a contractor and creating a system so next time it won’t happen. Great job going at it and being fearless!

I WHOLESALE RESIDENTIAL HOMES BUT, I WOULD LIKE TO VENTURE OUT TO WHOLESALING COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES. THE ONLY THING IS THE SELLERS WANT TO TALK DIRECTLY TO THE BUYERS. HOW DO YOU GO ABOUT CONNECTING THEM BUT STILL GETTING YOUR REFERRAL FEE?
