@Mike Pritchett Congrats, man!

 How long were you a member of Lake Michigan credit union before you were able to get financing from them?

Thanks for the invite @Ramon Huerta ! Although I'm most interested in investing in multifamily properties, truthfully, I haven't had the opportunity to see how they really look on the inside. This sounds great!

Low income/D level properties----Most of the time I hear that these kind of properties cash flow really well but their is more danger involved. The consensus seems to be to avoid them if possible, but there are a few investors, it seems, who are willing to take a risk and do pretty well. I'm curious about how someone can be successful in that niche.

Can anyone recommend any RE Book that talks about low income property investing in depth?

I'm interested in investing in rental properties, not flipping houses. Should I still get the book "The Book on Estimating Rehab costs" by J Scott?

Can someone please tell me what's the platform that gets the BP Podcasts first? Up to now, I've been following them on Youtube but in an old show i was listening to recently (a new years show, i think) Josh and Brandon mentioned that the shows actually get recorded but come on Youtube weeks later. How can I Listen live?

Opening too many accounts makes lenders nervous about lending to you, right? At least that's what I've been reading everywhere. But does that also include bank accounts? Since I first got a bank account I've been using Chase Bank because that's what my mom used, but as I've gotten older I've begun to think there is a better option for me that could better assist for my real estate goals (like, maybe a credit union). Do you think it would be an issue on my credit score or to a lender if I switched banks?
