Hi George, what is your contention with brokers? Generally speaking, they know a lot more about a wide variety and range of products as opposed to a direct lender and the single menu items that they offer. If they are a seasoned investment loan broker, there is no way you should be misguided to find the proper product for your needs. Happy to connect if you have more questions.

Hi “John” - this is a very broad question. Any bank and Olander is going to ask you information about yourself and investment experience. What type of mortgage are you looking to obtain?

$75,000 is absolute min right now. Expect slightly higher than market rates due to low loan balance and servicing requirements. Happy to connect to help answer
