What’s a rule of thumb for Utilities (Water and Sewage, Electric, Gas) per door number? If there is a such a rule? I’m aware of the RUBS system. If you don’t have the historical from last year, can we use a number per door when underwriting the deal as a ballpark figure until you get the last year and this year historical?

@Tony Robinson

Congratulations once again on your deal!!! Are you buying these properties in your name or in your business entity? If so did u set up an business entity for Louisiana where you are buying your properties? How does this work if you don’t mind answering?

Thanks
