Thank you for your reply Bill!

First I would like to say Thank You for your service for our country. I am truly grateful for that!

I'm not an educator, teacher or a guru. Miguel was asking for some local help and I'm just someone in Miguel's home town that raised my hand to offer some help.  I have an alert set up for my local area on Bigger Pockets and his post popped up.

Please don't assume that I teach and or include me in the group of new or veteran "teaching" members. I do not have any products or programs that I am pitching or offering to the public. You can see from my few posts and limited participation on Bigger Pockets that I'm not out soliciting. Miguel or anyone for that matter doesn't need me, an education company or a guru to learn the business, but he was asking for some local help and I offered.

Please feel free to reach out to him and offer your services. I can see you are most definitely qualified and would have a tremendous amount of knowledge to share with him. I myself should spend more time on Bigger Pockets learning more about the business from you as well as many others.

I commend you on your expertise and contributions, but take offense to your original statement or how you delivered it.

My dad who is deceased used to say "It's not what you say, but how you say it"! It might not be his original quote, but it certainly has been something I believe in. Your last comment said that it was nothing personal, and I will accept that.

I am not trying to start anything with you and respect your knowledge and contributions. Quite honestly, your post have me intrigued enough to research all your comments and past posts to make sure that I am in compliance legally and being ethical too. I appreciate your desire to watch over and guide the community.

Thank you!

Bill, I don't know if you are implicating me with your statement or was it intended as something else? Would you please explain.

Thank you!

Come on out and join us for our February Monthly Meeting. We will have Mr. J.W. Warr speak about the benefits of Mortgage Notes!

Benjamin Franklin and Compound Interest: “Money makes money. And the money that money makes, makes money”

"The Perfect Storm" is JW Warr's new book about the forecast of why the stock market is in BIG trouble and how to find Shelter From The Storm. Also "The 3rd F" where I describe the coming largest real estate boom ever; low end owner finance homes. I will talk about how to use mortgage notes to finance your next fix and flip and increase your cash flow dramatically. Come listen to J.W. explain on how to make your money make money just like a bank.

American Note Warehouse offers a shelter from the coming perfect storm: mortgage notes. They offer a way for you to obtain information on the benefits of mortgage notes. They educate you to make 13% guaranteed interest on your money while everyone who stays in the market loses their money. Begin the process of rescuing your financial future by taking advantage of the free education that American Note Warehouse has to offer. J.W. Warr will do just that in explaining what mortgage notes actually have to offer in increasing your income.

Join us on February 11th from 7pm-9pm for our Monthly Meeting! As always, members and first time guests are free and non members are $25. Don't forget that check-in starts at 6:30pm. Hope to see you there!

Post: Worst Hoarder House Ever

This is an old hoarder house Wholetail flip. (I think it was October 2005) 1 of 2 from an absentee owner. Sold it to the end buyer "As Is". Our conversation was in Spanish and he asked me "What About All The Trash"? Es Incluido! It's Included! NO CHARGE! He took it as is and gave me his non refundable cash deposit on the spot. The neighbor behind the house also wanted to buy it. Therefore, AS IS! I told my wife, "Smells like money"! She didn't get it until I showed her the cash deposit. The previous owner had 17 cats living with her.
