Hi guys. Looking for some insight from seasoned investors and wholesalers. (This is my first post...so here it goes!)

Summary: I have a meeting set up with a (pre-foreclosure) seller early next week. This is my first such meeting. I want to make sure I can make the meeting valuable and provide a win-win.

Documents to bring: Authorization form to speak with the bank, a contract of some sort... my research on comps to show the seller??? Anything else? Any links that would be helpful?

I haven't collected perhaps all the information I need... but I have heard enough to feel like it would be worthwhile to meet the seller. The seller has a new job out of town (fact or fiction?) and is motivated.

Any general or specific insight would be much appreciated.
