@Michael Elia

@Peter P.

Lancaster is a wonderful place, to live and/or invest.   The word is out... it's the place were I grew up and spend time with my brother and family.

Beyond the city of Lancaster, Lititz is a great place to check out too.

Good luck!

If you have any other questions about MFHs for sale, rents, or locations, please let me know and I'd be happy to help.

@Robert Haworth

Try RentWell.  They are local and have good systems in place.

Good luck!

@Alex Hamden I spent three years... literally three doors down from that house! I can't believe it is up for sale. I agree with others on the AirBnB take... people will feel cool and love telling the "water cooler" story when they get back home. Will it support the investment? You will have to dig a little deeper and see if the premium rents will support the investment. Good luck!

@Kyle Lauriano @Preet Soni

  There is also a nice RE meeting next week (Thursday) in Glenside, PA...   the speaker is talking about building a RE portfolio.

It's a little bit of a haul for me coming from Chester County...   but it's a good meeting/organization so I attend most months.   It would be a good place to start for new investors.

 If you have any interest in going, we can meet up there.

Would also consider banks that are good with just doing a re-fi.    Indianapolis area.

Hi guys.  Looking for a mortgage company that will lend on an investment property for an out of state investor.

Property is in Indy... market value ~$125k.

Thanks in advance for any insight/recommendations.
