So I thought people here on BB are professional ,but it seems not everyone .

i called 3 times to make an appt to view a house in Conneticut from "Marketplace"

and got no call back! i was intertested in making an offer.

What would you do?

so i guess it would be a bad investment. 

Too bad...it does meet the 2% rule, even if it may be difficult to find tenents, 

as well as the 70% rule.

sounds like even more important than those 2 rules is the location.

I found a really good deal on a SFH in upstate NY, but it's on a major road,

a State Route with a yellow line and four lanes. 

The house itself sits 500 feet up from the road.

Is this a hugh deterrent to re-sell or renting out?

I applied online for a refi loan against my rental house ( i do not owe anything),

 but the application asked for a closing date. 

Do i need to be in contract in order to  get a refi  loan? 

i just wanted the money so i can start looking....

would i be better off with a line of credit?
