Out of curiosity, what are you needing a phone system for? are you doing some sort of marketing campaigns to find deals?   

Hello everyone,

I've been listening to the BP podcast and scrolling through the site for about 3 years now and figured I'd introduce myself. I've been wanting to get into Real Estate Investing for quite some time now. My background has always been in Chimneys, Fireplaces, and all the fun that comes with owning a business. I recently relocated to Knoxville, TN from the Hudson Valley area of NY where I previously owned a chimney company. I now own and operate a chimney company in Knoxville and plan to save money, repair my credit, and buy my first real estate deal here in Knoxville. My plan is to buy my first deal January 2021. I am learning about real estate more and more everyday with BP, Real Estate books, Podcast, Etc. I plan to be more active on this forum to grow my knowledge before I begin investing. Would appreciate any recommendations and advice. Good to be here!

Hi Nicholas. My question for you is would you recommend I file a 1031 by myself or have my accountant do so? 

Keep your emotions out of business. You're in this to make money and if you think BRRRR is your best option here do it.

Just moved to Knoxville, TN from NY. Hopefully I'll be able to make it.
