Well, I gotta start somewhere and calling people with bandits signs looking for wholesalers might be the way to go, but I thought I would start here first. I am looking for wholesalers who deal North of Seattle. Like Edmonds, Lynnwood, Mill Creek or Snohomish just for flips for now. Just until I can afford some multifamily investment properties, which is what i am really interested in.
Thanks for any help I can get out there.

Thank you all for the welcome and the advice! I do not have a contractors license, but all of my subs do. I would rely on all of my subs to do the work anyway and I would just oversee everything, which is what I do now, a glorified babysitter. I work with subs like Summit Interiors and Wholesale Flooring, who do all of my hard surfaces and flooring and A-1 Finish carpentry who does my door and millwork installation. Although, all of these subs are so busy right now that they would be hard pressed to take on any new clients. The other problem is that in this neck of the woods everyone is so busy, plus their is a lack of tradesmen out here, anyone worth their weight in gold is asking for gold. So, I can't give away all of my subs, I need to save them for me.
Any way, thank you all for your warm welcome.

I live in Mill Creek, WA., which is about 25 miles north of Seattle. I have over 30 years of high end residential and multifamily construction experience, hands-on as well as project management, and I work for a rather large residential construction company who builds through out the country. The reason I joined the BiggerPockets community is because I would like to start flipping houses for myself and there is a wealth of knowledge on this website. I have the the contacts that I need to put together a good team for the renovation of residential projects and a little bit of seed capitol, but lack the resources to find the excellent real estate deals that I know are out there and the financing for the bigger projects I would like to do as well. So, that's my story, looking for REO real state agents, as well as investors in order to flip houses quickly and to make money fast and efficiently.
