Hello and welcome Damian! I am from Cincinnati and just bought my first duplex almost a year ago. I was also on analysis paralysis. Finally taking a "dream" and turning to a goal I was able to pull my self out. The goal seemed to be far from achieving but by making sound financial decisions, taking tours of properties, talking to a few different realtor and settling on one. I was able to express my goals to the realtor and it helped tremendously. Kind of like getting an accountability partner. I started touring houses and put in offers! The goal felt within grasp along with the feeling of confidence I was going to get a property that will benefit my future self!

One thing I need to do better is to network and meet more investors and build relationships.

You can do this! Anytime you'd like to chop it up about real estate I'm game. Unfortunately I don't know much about anime or games (besides madden and MW2)

I'm a man that values structure and stability so eventually I would like to set up an LLC for my real estate business. ideally I'd like to have a series of LLCs - ironically called a Series LLC (du bum tss) - so I'm glad that Ohio finally acknowledges the usage of the Series LLC...but when is the best time to set all of that up?

I want to get my first wholesale deal out of the way and use the profits to setup my business structure, pay for any tools and resources that I need & want, etc.

My plan is to setup my general LLC and any SFR & MFR that I plan to purchase for would fall into separate LLCs that would be serialized into the main LLC.

I guess I'm just looking for some guidance in this arena. Let me know if my plan is on the mark or way off course.

Whats the best way that YOU would like to be contacted for deals?

As someone that's a new wholesaler and hasn't done my 1st deal yet I'm partial to wanting to send out individual text messages because (1) time is of the essence & (2) I feel like an email will get lost in the hundreds of other emails you - cash buyers - most likely receive.

I know this is more of a subjective question but if i get a concensus on what most prefer then ill most likely stick to that method.
