Hi all.  I'm going to be spending January in FL looking for investments and was wondering if anyone could give me any specific insight or advice as to up and coming areas in the state as well as any experience you may have with buying at auction from the county.  I've had some NY experience as a title closer and paralegal so I'm not completely new to the process but it is a bit of a scary challenge to go out of state for the first time so any advice is greatly appreciated.  Thank you so much!

Hi @Anthony Favoroso.  I'm in Nassau and wondering if you are doing any potential deals here in Nassau or concentrating on Suffolk?  I'm looking but not finding much as the taxes are so crazy high locally.
