Union County New Jersey (sorry for the omission).

Any recommendations for a reliable contractor in Union County? Specifically in the area of Scotch Plains/Westfield that might also be an investor?

Hi everyone,
My name is David Thomas and I reside in Union County, NJ. I signed on to BP back in 2011 and had not been very active on the site, nor actively pursuing my RE goals as I hoped. However, in the past few months I have decided to get off the fence and take action! I am analyzing a SF rehab/flip as we speak and happy to say it meets the 70% rule.

I have been loving the BP Podcasts every week and learning a ton. I have made a few local contacts and plan to be active here on the forums, etc. I am excited to say that I also made the decision to become a BP PRO member this past week!

I have owned a rental property in the past and now I am focused on seeking rehabs to flip, as well as passing along wholesale leads to other investors. I am super excited to be back in the game with more knowledge than ever, a thirst to learn and eagerness to meet fellow BP members and investors.

PS - I tell everyone I speak to about Bigger Pockets.com - love this place!
