There is plenty of parking in the rear (enter from Grant Ave) near the rear entrance door. There is no cost or obligation to purchase food or drink (although they have some great deals on some great food)!

The added HOA or fees kill the cash flow on the condo we own and we are not impressed with the HOA side of communication/maintenance at all. You do lose some control of all of this.

Have you considered a multi and live in one unit or just a very small, inexpensive single family house ? Our first property was an 800 square ft sfr we aquired with seller financing and we still own it today.
